Träna mindre VS tjock som en smock

Veckan inleddes med två vilodagar, därefter okej träning i några dagar, för att sedan avslutas i moll. Halvpissigt mående både fysiskt och psykist. Hur ska jag göra med livet? Fortsatt inte gjort klart med någon klubb heller. Så det är väl lika bra att skita i det tänker jag?!

Jag hade gärna fått tagit mig ut och sprungit i mina nya Hoka Challenger, men förkylning och vadont hindrar mig från det just nu..

Ingen jävla träning idag

Hej!

Nu har denna dag snart passerat och jag har knappt gjort något vettigt. Vaknade upp småkrasslig idag igen, precis som igår. De första timmarna av dagen gjorde jag knappt någonting. Mest funderingar över livet och såklart mörka tankar kring missad träning.

Det har slagit runt en aning i mitt huvud då just träningen är nummer ett i mitt liv. Jag vet inte riktigt hur jag ska ändra eller vad jag ska ändra för att få andra prioriteringar. Fast samtidigt är ju inte det något måste heller, de dagar jag inte har Alfons så kan jag ju lika gärna lägga den tiden på att försöka slipa på mina fysiska förmågor.

Jag tog i alla fall två kloka beslut idag. Det första var att skippa träningen. Jag kommer inte bli något bättre av att träna småkrasslig. Ej heller kommer jag bli tjockare av det. Det andra var att ta en promenad upp till Mellsta och ned till Dalälven där jag satt i solskenet och njöt av stillnaden.

Allt handlar nog i mitt liv om att jag ska lära mig att slappna av en aning och ta ett steg tillbaka. Jag blir lätt och snabbt påverkad av känslor och tankar som dyker upp. Det är som att jag i den sekunden tror att allt kommer gå åt helvete och att jag alltid kommer känna mig som där och då. Låter jag det bara gå lite tid så brukar saker kännas bättre.

Idag väljer jag alltså att skippa träning, det blir inga timmar till min törstande träningsdagbok, söndag den 24:e september får fortsätta gapa tom. Det känns inte bra, men jag tror jag överlever. Om inte så är det väl så. Vi hörs!
