How are you?
Today I´m gonna go for 10"-20" intervals, skating - hard and painful is the leading words! I hope to have a good effect and technique. Today I´ve been started a diet for two days that will minimise the carbohydrates, which hopefully maximate the "carbo-stores" until the big sunday!
